Senior Glass Estimator/Salesperson ![]()
We are searching for a Senior Glass Estimator with experience in commercial, industrial or institutional construction.
Hale Glass, Inc. is one of the premier glass contractors in the Southern California area, specializing in design/build and construction of new concrete tilt-up commercial-industrial office buildings. Senior Glass Estimator Qualifications:
- Success in this position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and other bid documents for accurate, profitable and competitive bid proposals
- Travel to local job sites and/or general contractor offices is required
- Qualified applicants are required to have 5+ years of proven heavy commercial or light industrial experience with established general contractor relationships
- Auto CAD, GDS is preferred, proficient use of MSWord, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to review projects for value engineering
- Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills, strong organization/time management skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Meet or exceed attendance standards
- Applicant must pass pre-employment physical with drug screening.

We are searching for a Senior Glass Estimator with experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction.
Job Summary:
Under general supervision assist in the installation of architectural aluminum
window frames and glass in commercial-industrial buildings at construction
jobsites.
Qualifications:
- Success in this position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and other bid documents for accurate, profitable and competitive bid proposals
- Qualified applicants are required to have 5+ years of proven heavy commercial or light industrial experience with established general contractor relationships
