Owners Gloria and Brian Hale founded Hale Glass in 1978. After 45 years Hale Glass is recognized as an industry leader in commercial glass installations with expert in-house capabilities.

Safety is one of the five core values at Hale Glass. We consider safety and training as top priorities for the team. Our annual EMR rate remains extremely low and is directly related to our commitment to the welfare of our employees.
Each year we conduct training classes (TOPs – Teach Our People), which serve as additional opportunities to educate and increase our employees’ knowledge of potential worksite risks.
Our ongoing commitment to training and educating employees has fostered a culture of safety at Hale Glass that influences everything we do.
