The heart of Newport Beach’s Fashion Island is where you will find the architectural innovation of Rick Bayless’s Red O “Taste of Mexico” restaurant. In collaboration with the architecture firm the Hale Glass team created a glass storefront, large and unique custom glass railing systems and a dramatic custom skylight. The custom glass railing system consisted of painted vertical posts and glass held in place and suspended with decorative custom clips creating a dramatic and bespoke look and feel for the upscale restaurant. The glass is an integral element in the overall look and feel of both the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
