Job Title: Project Manager/Coordinator

Location: Onsite

Position: Full Time

Qualifications/Special Skills:

Applicants are required to have 5+ years commercial glass or construction related experience.
Ability to read, review and analyze project drawings for accuracy and value engineering.
Competency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.), Sage software
AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Essential Functions

Create, coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, change orders and material orders for approval.
Request and track shop drawings, samples.
Prepare and monitor cost estimates and project schedules.
Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills, strong organization/time management skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Travel to local job sites and/or general contractor offices as required
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay/Benefits:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
