Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our commercial glass projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role focuses on documentation, coordination, and communication to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining high standards. You'll work closely with project managers, estimators, fabricators, field crews, general contractors, architects, and clients.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Prepare and manage shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, mock-ups, and samples

  • Review architectural shop drawing deltas and RFIs for scope changes

  • Review projects for value engineering opportunities

  • Prepare and submit change orders and other project documentation

  • Ensure project documentation and approvals meet project schedules and client requirements

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients regarding project progress, discrepancies, and deadlines

  • Maintain organized records of project activities, communications, and approvals

  • Meet or exceed attendance, communication, and performance standards

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination for commercial construction, preferably in glass, glazing, curtainwall, storefront, or architectural specialties (mixed-use or mid-rise project experience is a strong plus)

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and shop drawings specifically for glazing systems (curtainwall, storefront, and glass partitions)

  • Solid understanding of commercial glass/glazing processes, including shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, value engineering, and material takeoffs

  • Highly Desired: Proficiency with Logikal (for glazing/curtain wall design, estimation, and production) and Sage 100 (or Sage 100 Contractor for construction/project management)

  • Experience with Bluebeam (for markup/PDF collaboration) and Procore (for project tracking and documentation) is a plus

  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail

  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders

  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to manage the estimation process for commercial glass and aluminum projects. This mid-level role focuses on reviewing plans, preparing accurate proposals, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring bids are submitted on time and within budget. Successful estimators are expected to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams to support project success.

This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to job sites or contractor offices throughout Southern California.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Review ITBs, architectural drawings, and specifications to confirm bid requirements and deadlines

  • Organize bid files, gather material pricing, and prepare detailed, accurate estimates

  • Prepare and submit proposals clearly indicating product details, lead times, and costs

  • Follow up with contractors to clarify bid feedback and track status of submitted proposals

  • Participate in job kick-off meetings and post-project debriefs

  • Prepare and manage Change Orders as needed

  • Collaborate with project managers, field staff, and vendors to support project planning and execution

  • Bid on multiple project types, including storefronts, curtain walls, glass railings, and specialty glazing projects

  • Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and support value engineering initiatives

  • Submit bids on time, meeting all deadlines

  • Maintain organized records of bids, pricing, and related documentation

  • Be responsive to client or general contractor inquiries and provide timely follow-up

  • Track and communicate bid status and feedback effectively

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of estimating and/or project management experience in commercial glass and aluminum systems (storefronts, curtain walls, sliding glass doors)

  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications

  • Proven ability to submit accurate, competitive bids on time

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with the ability to clearly interact with clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new estimating or project software as needed

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset

Job Title:  Glazier (Commercial Glass Installation)

 

Location: Onsite – In Person - Placentia / Southern California Job Sites

Position: Full Time

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Glazier to perform commercial glass installation and replacement on active job sites. This mid-level role focuses on the installation of storefronts, curtain walls, glass railings, and other glazing systems, as well as safe handling of materials and equipment. Successful glaziers are expected to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Assignments require travel between job sites and may include working at heights and using specialized equipment. This position is primarily field-based at commercial job sites throughout Southern California.

What You'll Do:

  • Install, replace, and repair commercial glass and glazing systems
  • Install curtain wall systems, storefronts, interior and exterior glass railings

  • Replace glass in storefronts for commercial buildings

  • Install all glass systems

  • Install and adjust storefront doors and Herculite entry doors

  • Use hand and power tools such as drills, chop saws, screw guns, and suction cups

  • Safely operate equipment including cranes, forklifts, and aerial lift equipment

  • Read and follow job plans, specifications, and safety requirements

  • Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently

  • Meet or exceed attendance, safety, and performance standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a commercial glazier or equivalent field experience

  • Strong knowledge of glazing systems, framing, and installation techniques

  • Ability to read shop and architectural drawings

Job Title:  Shop Fabricator Trainee

Location: Onsite – In Person - Placentia, CA

Position: Full Time

We are seeking a motivated Shop Fabricator Trainee to complete hands-on training in our fabrication shop. This entry-level role focuses on learning the fundamentals of glazing, glass handling, fabrication processes, and safety procedures. Successful trainees may have the opportunity to advance into a Field Glazier role based on performance, skills development, and business needs.

 

This position is primarily based in the fabrication shop. Assignment to field job sites is not guaranteed at this level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Train in a fabrication shop environment under the guidance of experienced glaziers

  • Learn proper glass handling, metal cutting, and preparation techniques

  • Assist with fabrication and preparation of glass and glazing materials for field installation

  • Safely carry, move, and stage glass panels and related materials

  • Learn and apply company-approved waterproofing and glazing methods

  • Apply sealants and related materials as trained

  • Use hand and power tools such as drills, saws, screw guns, hand tools, and glass-handling equipment

  • Follow all safety rules, operating procedures, and daily work assignments

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance standards

Training & Advancement:

  • This role requires completion of company training at the fabrication shop

  • Advancement to a Field Glazier position is based on demonstrated skills, safety performance, reliability, and business needs

  • Field assignments may be provided during training at management’s discretion but are not guaranteed

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Interest in learning the glazing trade

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, area, and volume)

  • Strong attention to safety and detail

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Reliable means of reporting to the fabrication shop and assigned work locations (personal vehicle not required)

Physical Requirements:

This role involves physical activity and may require:

  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching

  • Lifting, pushing, or pulling materials up to approximately 50 lbs

  • Working in a shop environment with elevated noise levels

  • Use of ladders and material-handling equipment as needed
