This stunning project had multiple unique and innovative glass architectural features. Numerous storefronts, a third floor all glass “Art Display Jewel Box” cantilevered four feet off the side of the building and a stacked box structure base making access and installation a challenge. Working together with the architecture team, Hale Glass delivered a picture-perfect result.

Pacifica Place, a mixed-use housing development by The Irvine Company, is an active project demonstrating Hale Glass’s ability to deliver cohesive, high-performance glazing solutions across a complex environment.

The scope includes automatic operating doors, interior all-glass office systems, fire-rated frames, storefront systems, and fully electrified entrances. Custom brake metal is being installed at each opening to ensure precise alignment and clean transitions between materials.

As the project progresses, it reflects a high level of execution and attention to detail—hallmarks of our work on developer-driven projects of this scale.
