Partnering in Innovation, Building for the Future
Construction is progressing swiftly at the much-anticipated Advantech North America Headquarters in Tustin, California — a landmark project reflecting the company’s continued growth and investment in cutting-edge technology.
Hale Glass is proud to serve as the commercial glass contractor for the project, working in close partnership with Uprite Construction to bring the architectural vision to life. The main building recently celebrated its official “topping off” milestone, marking the completion of the structural framework and the transition into the next phase of development. Construction is well underway on the main Headquarters building now.
Our scope of work includes full-service commercial glazing, from high-performance curtainwall systems to glass entries and storefronts — all executed with precision fabrication, expert installation, and an unwavering focus on safety and quality. Every glazing element is designed to support a modern, collaborative, and future-ready workspace.

Project Highlights: A Campus with Community Impact

Scope: The campus includes a six-story, 110,000-sf office tower and a two-story, 79,000-sf industrial/warehouse facility for light manufacturing, storage, and research support.
